Privacy Policy

Omnox LLC (“Omnox,” “we,” “us”) is a Delaware limited liability company, and the creative and strategy consultancy operating this site. This policy covers the site at omnox.ai: the marketing site, the contact form, and the client and employee login areas.

What we collect

We keep this deliberately small. This site doesn't track you for advertising, and it doesn't sell data.

• Contact form. If you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write. It's delivered to our inbox via Resend (see “Who else sees this” below) so we can reply.
• Client and employee accounts. If you sign in to the client or employee area, we store your email address to authenticate you and, for the employee login, a session cookie that proves you're signed in. We don't store passwords in plain text.
• Standard hosting logs. Our host (Vercel) collects ordinary web server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), the way any web host does, for security and reliability, not for profiling visitors.
• Brand Brain (Creative page). If you click one of the preset questions in the Brand Brain demo, the question is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a live answer. No free-text input is accepted, only a fixed, small set of preset questions, and nothing you type elsewhere on the site is sent to Anthropic.

We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't set non-essential cookies. If that changes, this page will change with it.

Who else sees this

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, and they process data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:

• Vercel: hosting and infrastructure.
• Resend: delivers contact form messages and account sign-in emails.
• A database provider (Neon, via Vercel): stores client and employee account records, and rate-limiting data used to prevent abuse of the login and contact forms.
• Anthropic: powers the Brand Brain demo on the Creative page (see above). Only the preset question text is sent, never your personal information.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages live in our inbox for as long as normal email retention keeps them. Account records persist for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period after in case you come back.

Your choices

Email hello@omnox.ai to ask what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
