Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Omnox LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Omnox,” “we,” “us”), and cover the omnox.ai website only: browsing it, using the contact form, and signing in to the client or employee areas. They are not a services agreement; separate paperwork covers any actual client engagement.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share pages from this site. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to break its security (including the login areas), or use it to send spam through the contact form.

Content and marks

The text, design, and the Omnox marks on this site (including the ox mark) belong to Omnox. Case studies and lab projects shown under “Work” belong to their respective owners where noted. Don't reuse any of it without asking.

Brand Brain (AI feature)

The “Brand Brain” demo on the Creative page generates answers live using Claude (Anthropic). Its answers are for illustration only, don't constitute advice of any kind, and shouldn't be relied on as a factual or legal statement about Omnox.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Omnox, its founder, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This doesn't limit anything that can't legally be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Omnox harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of this site or your violation of these terms.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to third-party sites (case studies, external work). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
